Great customer service. Charlene, the Manager and her staff are amazing…..very friendly and helpful!! I called on a few storage facilities before calling Southern Self Storage and the others were either rude or just never called me back. Charlene was great! The building, grounds and units are very clean and well maintained. Plus, GREAT rental rates for the area. I highly recommend.

Great customer service usually at the storage location in Smithville, NJ My only complaint is how expensive it is to store things there, especially when they raised the rates right in the middle of the coronavirus.
