Lorie is the greatest! I filled up my unit, she was able to help me with a solution for my problem. The only place I would go for my storage needs. Planning on a large unit next month for a renovation, Lorie will put me on the list. Thanks for having such a great staff!

The Property Manager (Rashidat) was highly professional, courteous, detailed, and showed high quality customer service, even as she showed us around and clearly explained the different available options. She even retuned a call when a voice message was left on the office phone number. Will recommend iStorage Burlington to anyone looking for a safe place for their valuables.

You guys are by far the best. This is definatley the number #1 storage facility in Tulsa. I use them for all my storage needs. Once you try them you will never go anywhere else again.
I am very satisfied with my experience with y'all. Lauren was very thorough. The price is good and the storage room is bigger than the one I had at my other storage room and almost the same price. That is with insurance too. I really think you guys need some carts for customers moving alot of boxes. Carts really come in handy.
Customer Service is A+++++! Very helpful during a very stressful time!
