Christina went out of her way to help me get a storage unit. She was knowledgeable, polite, personable, good communication skills and she certainly knew the computer program. She showed me the unit and made sure I was good with everything. She did a great job.I’ve been a customer for about 20 years. She like your other staff represented the company very well. It’s all about service. Nice work!

The discount, location and most of all the Manager’s knowledge and professionalism is the reason I chose this facility for storage needs. There are other storage unit companies near me which I visited. The difference in the managers at other places and here is that this manager was polite and interested in what I needed. He showed me each size unit I wanted to see before making the decision for a 10 x 10. I feel more confident with polite people running the business!!!

The lady at the storage unit is awesome! This is a traumatic time for me, and she helped me select the appropriate unit. She made me feel I was welcome and my belonging would be safe. Give her a raise !!!
