Exceptional customer service by Carlos!!! What a great employee. Took his time to explain everything, to listen to my needs, make suggestions and even read the contract with me. Give him a raise and keep him there!!!! Today was my first day moving in boxes. Container was clean and easy access! Happy customer so far!
