Easy to do for never having a storage unit prior. It would have been nice to have paper documents to read a sign. I have yet to do that as they are hard to read from a small screen.

My sister and I have been at this storage facility for 15 years, they have always been kind and courteous. Thank you for a clean environment to store our belongings. I really liked the soothing Christian music a lot.
