I haven’t moved my belongings into the unit yet, but the process to rent and secure the unit was great. Connie was extremely friendly and helpful.
This storage facility is just great! it's customer service is outstanding, Johnny and Maria make a great team. Facilities are always clean updated it runs very very well. If you need a trustworthy storage place this is the place to be. During disasters as María and pandemia No issues or problems. Thank you very much for all your help for more than 5 years.
The staff is great and very helpful, going above and beyond. My concern is the hrs. of availability to my unit. What if I need to get to my unit on Sunday or later then 5:45. With all of the cameras and we each can only access our own units with our locks and passwords why the limited access. What happens if someone is working and cannot get there by 5:45. Dave, the manager, is the most personable fellow you ever wanna meet. Very detailed oriented and very kind. True people person! He will do everything he can to get you what you need. I highly recommend Southern Self Storage Cocoa Beach Florida!!! Klp
They held my unit past my reserve date. Leslie was awesome and very nice. Everything there is nice. The storage door slid open nicely which is a huge bonus. I like this place a lot. Thank you for everything.
