Very easy … Good rate and initial discount … Manager followed up as promised. Access to unit is a breeze. Plus, the location in Highland is very convenient, close to a Lowes. Looking forward to trying the Dickey's BBQ!
Grounds well kept, CSR (Sorry, don't remember her name but remember she was from Arizona) was pleasant, professional, courteous and helpful. I'm all onboard!!! Thank you!!!!
Great Staff I forget the gals name but she was great very professional and personable. very descriptive she defiantly explains the rules and took the time to walk out with me show the recommended space explains how to open and close storage door properly and how to place the lock to avoid any problems. I will Say This if you want a clean and Covid 19 Safe Place she wont let you touch the counter and social distancing a must seats are place at least 6 feet away and never put her guard down there was no cross contamination, I ... read more

The girls in the office are there to help even if it may be at day end.. Thanks again for the willingness to help. You both made it happen. Together as a team.. Here there is only a team atmosphere... Since were all together in this I’d like to also forward some photos of the other things I would like to have you both . The lights on both corners of the administration building, 0184 , 0185 corner are in lights that don’t come on after dark.. perhaps you could check these out ..
