Customer service was great, the only thing that had a strike was that the 3rd party company I had booked the storage unit with, they told me one price of how much it would cost me, and when I got there It was almost double of what they had told me when I booked it, but I still got the storage unit anyway, even though I could not afford it because I am homeless but it's okay I guess.
