Polite, respectful, and courteous customer service and focus!! When my mother’s chair was delivered, the Technician was thorough in explaining the functions of the chair and how and when to charge the chair!!

The guy that did the interview was very polite helpful kind but I can't say the same for the guys that work on my chair because seem like when they leave a couple days later something else goes wrong with my chair in the same line of work that they fixed and it's getting to be a problem
