Scott allowed me to demonstrate my major areas of difficulties. He took written notes & measurements. Scott quickly understood my problems. Amazing! He was here at a great time for us, took the time to show us how things worked and made sure my son fit in the chair good. Very kind gentleman. Made sure he had everything he needs to be able to have the chair really work for both of us. Thank you so much, he really went above and beyond for my son.

The technician arrived a little before 11 AM, he was very pleasant, asked me about the Wheelchair and verified what I needed to have done. He went back to his vehicle, got the tools he needed to take care of it, and went to work. He finished fairly quickly., And let me know it was fixed and said goodbye and left.
