We had a very frustrating experience. The parts that were ordered were neither delivered nor installed. During the appointment, the technician mentioned that some parts were missing and other items were incorrect. Since then, there has been no follow-up call or communication from the team to explain the issue or reschedule the visit to make things right. We expected better coordination and customer service, especially after a failed appointment. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from Numotion

Numotion evaluated my chair on February 6th. I called on February 7th, February 9th and February 12th and then they finally gave me a time frame of February 28th. They will come out and repair my chair. These are my legs and that is not a timely manner.

Wrong parts contiuously being ordered, orders take WAY TOO LONG and the person working on my chair does not know what he's doing!! I've been dealing with Numotion for over 10 years. Nothing but problems.

I really feel that I didn't get the customized too that I ordered my doctor and my therapist wanted me to get a chair with Lyft instead of tilt wanted me to get a chair that I can extend my right leg one in it and while driving did not get that wanted me to get a chair that had a wider and deeper seat did not get there wanted me to have my leg lifted while moving and sitting still did not get there I wanted a chair with a Bluetooth joystick did not get that I wanted a chair that had more speed than the average chair did not ... read more
