We had a beautiful and caring experience at Swan yesterday. Friendliness was evident everywhere from the desk clerk to the technicians. There was a short wait time and we were seen and taken care of expertly. Thank you for having such a professional but caring and upbeat place of business.

Customer service is terrible. Can NEVER get ahold of my cordinator. Equitment was delivered after 5 months of waiting missing crucial parts. Try calling or chatting and everytime told I would recieve a call but call never comes unfortunately. Disappointing

Listening to your physically challenged customers and actually do what they want and stop making decisions for them. You’re not paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair so how do you know what I need better than I do and I’ve been using a wheelchair daily for over 30 years. I need a new wheelchair and now I need a new company to help me with this because NuMotion can’t be trusted.
