If I could do a zero star I would. Imagine using a power chair and having no legs and the chair stops. Your stuck calling for help for two days until a passing person hears your screams. Two days no food no water no phone chair is dead stop. Randon stranger gets your pho e plugged in and you call for a repair and are told JANUARY. You don't get people in the US on the phone. Call center people that can only follow scripts. Sub human company.

Customer service is terrible. Can NEVER get ahold of my cordinator. Equitment was delivered after 5 months of waiting missing crucial parts. Try calling or chatting and everytime told I would recieve a call but call never comes unfortunately. Disappointing

Listening to your physically challenged customers and actually do what they want and stop making decisions for them. You’re not paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair so how do you know what I need better than I do and I’ve been using a wheelchair daily for over 30 years. I need a new wheelchair and now I need a new company to help me with this because NuMotion can’t be trusted.
