I took my mom to pick up her custom wheelchair and was blown away by the caring and warmth from Ms. Anatasia and Ms. Erica. They worked together to make my mom feel comfortable and excepting if this new temporary experience. We experienced a delay in receiving a response from them regarding the appointment due to some miscommunication in their office. However, Ericka, the ATP, was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with the equipment. She is knowledgeable and professional.
