We experienced a delay in receiving a response from them regarding the appointment due to some miscommunication in their office. However, Ericka, the ATP, was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with the equipment. She is knowledgeable and professional.

Terrible. The motorized wheelchair they delivered is not what was described and promised. I was not ever given any paperwork outlining what we discussed. The chair is way too big to use in my apartment. The arms flop back about 160 degrees instead of staying up at 90 degrees when lifted. It has other features I didn’t order and don’t need, AND they charged Medicare nearly $30;000.00 Chair with the features we agreed on sell for under $6000.00 on line from other suppliers!
