I am very satisfied with the work that was completed by Northbay Roofing and Gutters. They provided me an estimate and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, never once did I feel hurried or intimidated to agree to get the work done. They gave me the time I needed to decide and get back to them when I was ready to proceed. The whole process was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend Northbay Roofing and Gutters they are all around the very best. :)

Northbay was quick to respond and get the job done. They may not have been the least expensive but the the work was good. My only complaint, was when I got home the gutter was not an exact replica of what had been there in design - it angled out different than the original. But, my husband hadn't said anything to them at the time of repair, and it works fine, so I let it go.

Excellent, timely and quality roof repair done before rain resumed after portion of my roof was blown off by freak windstorm one morning. Work of crew headed by Geno was very professional and courteous and answered a number of questions I asked them about the repair. I had gutter work previously done by Northbay and would not hesitate to call them again for any future work I may have.

The work was done as directed, and on time, before, the storm. They, check to roof, corrected any defects, and cleaned out the cutter. They advised me my roof was in excellent condition, and I would higher them again. They are reasonable in price, and are polite, in their attention to the customer and project.

I had a broken tile that needed replacement and since Northbay Roofing had done leak repair work for me previously they had a description of my roof in their files and were able to give me a quote over the phone. Within weeks they were able to replace the tile and match it perfectly. Very professional company.

North bay Roofing and Gutter Co did a great job fixing our leaky roof by our fireplace. They were on time and did a great job fixing our repair. So far so good, haven’t seen any new leaks. Clayton and his crew were awesome!

Northbay charges a lot for leak repair, but there are so few roofing companies that do repairs, so they kind of have a monopoly. Nonetheless, the workers (Clayton & Shawn) were awesome and did more than I expected, so I didn't feel bad paying for it this time. On a previous occasion when Northbay repaired a leak for me, the second worker was useless, did nothing, and I felt cheated to have to pay his $95/hour cost. However, this time, I feel I got my money's worth.

Clayton and his crew did a great job in fixing the leak over my living room. He knew right away where the leak was and repaired it. Additionally, he inspected the entire roof and made some needed repairs. I would highly recommend Northbay Roofing & Gutter for your roofing needs.
