A waiting room full of patients waiting two or more hours. Surely this office has done this before, with some experience as to how to properly schedule?

Trying to make an appointment with your office was horrendous. I had to call three times to finally get it set. Paperwork was supposed to be emailed twice and it didn’t happen. To me, this tarnishes the over all creditably of the office. To be asked the same questions over and over again is annoying.
From the start of my visits there have been mix ups in scheduling. I’ve not had one visit that has not been without some sort of scheduling error. I realize scheduling is not done by the office and perhaps that is the main problem as communication between the two often fails. We’re it not for Dr. B I would not go back.
