I just called to get a referral for service; Trevor was quick to give me a few service contacts and as we were getting ready to hang up I mentioned the issue I was experiencing. I had such a nice experience at NW Natural. My sales person knew just everything about fireplaces and inserts. I had a lot of questions and he didn't rush me at all. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I love my insert and may be going back for a new stove!
