Very quick response, within just minutes of my inquiry. They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions and even did a quick plumbing check while underneath my house to make sure there were no leaks anywhere else. The problem was fixed in no time and I was back in water again before the night was out. They came out after hours with out even a complaint, I would recommend them to my neighbors. They have very good quality and workmanship, a plumbing company that really takes pride in their work! Great Job!
I had a small project that I knew would not take a lot of time. They gave me a quote, did the work better than expected and stayed within quoted amount. I had to have them come back for another project and they finished extremely fast and at a rate I felt was very reasonable. It's hard to find honest and reliable vedors. NW Sundance is now a perfered vender and the ones I will call first from now on.

We called to get a couple of leaks fixed related to our (old) tub plumbing. Turned out we had to replace the three handle arrangement with a single handle unit. Wes showed up on time, quickly determined the problem, got the part, came back and had the installation done by 1 pm. He was exceptionally courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job with the installation. I would absolutely not hesitate to call them again for any other plumbing needs we have. In fact, they will be the FIRST place I call!

The initial quote for the work was reasonable (by plumber standards) and when he was finished the bill was even LESS! Under promised, over delivered- I am completely satisfied with this company and would definitely call them first the next time.
