On time, knowledgeable, courteous, cleaned up after himself, did an excellent job identifying the problem quickly and replacing the part at a reasonable price.

They were great. After the A/C was installed, I discovered a water leak under the house. Shannon had a guy come by on Saturday to take pictures and Shannon himself came out on Sunday to repair it.
