Fast, pleasant, professional service. As all the reviews say - they take you through everything step by step, give you the option for additional services if you want them - it did not feel particularly like an upsell to me - and get you in and out fast with a clear view of what they have done. 10/10 would recommend.
Been coming here since they opened and have had a few different vehicles over the years. Absolutely love the service, and it's done quickly and efficiently and the people are extremely friendly and genuinely care!!! Thank you to all the employees and especially to my technician, Stuart!!!!

The crew and service are always friendly and welcoming. I personally appreciate there is no pressure in additional service. They do make suggestions based on fluid levels and observations, but kindly accept it if you decline. And not to forget a complimentary beverage when you arrive. (Soft Drink!) Francisco, Edward, Janice, and Peter were my team this time.
Not cheap for oil change. Had a great place in Pasadena for less. But if you want fast, thorough service with an exterior car wash, can't go wrong here. Been here twice and they are consistently solid.

THE BEST! Fernando, the manager is a kind man who is really helpful. His entire team is competent and professional. I really like the option to vacuum the car after--really good vacuums!!! PLUS, the car wash itself is like a disco :) Put on some good music and enjoy the wash.
We've used this OilStop for years and typically have been quite happy. They are polite and we've had minimal problems with the servicing of our multiple vehicles. Today I went in with our 2023 mini cooper. When asked what the present cost was ..... something was $66. Honestly, the young man spoke quickly and all I got was $66. That apparently does not include oil so if you're trying to get a total estimate cost ask them to factor that in. Our total bill was over $150 (no additional additives were used). One stop shop! I drove right in after dropping the kids at school and they began working on my car immediately. They explained a lot of what they were doing and checking for. They offered a lot of upgrades for extra charge which I mostly declined, besides the two filters that they showed me and really needed replacing. There was never any pressure or weird reactions when I declined the offers. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change.
They were so awesome and nice definitely my go to the one at the Medford center. Great service
Stopped by on a Sunday (yes they're open Sundays!). Wasn't super busy when we arrived but had picked up by the end of our service. James was very professional and nice, although all the techs we had were great. Definitely our favorite drive through oil change that we've been to. The shop was really clean and they give you a free beverage while you wait
