This place is staffed by a bunch of good looking people. What I mean by that is that long ago, I realized that people who are competent and do their jobs well have an aura of attractiveness that you can tell is missing in those who don't. They are a high energy crew that really works as a team and it was a pleasure to go there.
Such great service and wonderful attitudes. So refreshing! I highly recommend using them. This was the first time I had used them but will definitely go back. So nice to not get up charged.
They went above and beyond for me! I called with many questions about an issue I was having with my car. Zach was so educational with me and helped me solve the problem over the phone. When I pulled in they gave me a complimentary coolant top off and $20 off an oil change coupon. They are so professional and courteous that I will be going back!

Just had my oil changed today and it was such a great experience that I had to come on here and leave a review. The whole staff is amazing . Such a great vibe between all of them . Super helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Great job guys!!!!!!! I love seeing workers do their job with so much love .

I had excellent customer service at Oil Stop. Hadn't been there before. Ashton and Robert were most helpful with the need I had when I drove in.
I give one star, because there is no zero star option. I've used these guys a few times. They always try to sell you something you don't need, like filters on a brand new car, transmission service on a car with low miles etc. Yesterday, however was a new low for these guys. I sent my 17 year old son for an oil change that should be 70 dollars and they billed him 265 and tried to get another 100 for air filters. Friendly, polite, honest, and not too pushy about upsells. They will offer add on purchase recommendations for your vehicle but if you say no, they don't mind and will happily move on. If you're not comfortable changing the oil yourself, this place is an excellent back up plan.
I almost never write reviews. Only when something is amazing, or in this case absolutely terrible. There are two issues to address here, and I'll start by saying that I should have known better.
