I came in for a seat detail. I was told it would take two hours, and it wasn't cheap either. It took 45 minutes. I told the guy who washed it that if the stains come back up, I'd be bringing it back. Guess where I am? Total waste of time. I wish they would have taken the two hours to do a good job.
Went a few weeks ago when they had a promotion for a free car wash. Was fairly impressed. Their machinery did a pretty good job at cleaing the car. Nothings beats a good hand wash, but compared to other machine wash locations, this one did really well. Even the air dryer at the end is powerful! Almost no water droplets left when exiting the wash! I see that others have gotten dash wipes and air freshners, that must have been a promotion because I did not get those at all. Visited today on 8/16/23. Took about 30-40 mins total. While everyone was nice, there was a huge miscommunication problem between one of the employees and me due to all of the noise, which resulted in my being charged $217 for oil & coolant when I initially went in for 1 thing--a $85 oil change. The guy spoke low in comparison to the noise so I thought he said that the coolant was $24.99, but turned out to be $124.99. I've been taking my car here since living in Tucson, and they've been great every time. Very straightforward with what they're doing each step of the oil change. They try to sell you things along the way, but there is no pressure to add anything additional. They provide beverages while waiting in your car as well as a free car wash. Overall a good value for the service received.
I've had many oil changes at this place. Everyone here goes above and beyond. They definitely know what they're talking about. If it wasn't for them, my Chrysler 200 would have been done for. Before I got my Chrysler, I had a Chevy Impala and these guys and gals still went above and beyond for that car. The oil changes are always reasonable, and they give discounts and free car washes I'll always come here. I plan on moving to Fresno soon and if I do, I'll still make this my go to oil change spot!
Absolutely great service. Reliable and knowledgeable. Trustworthy! Collin offered great service. He was very amicable and knowledgeable about what I needed. I asked for a transmission oil change they asked about my last oil change and didn't insist that I needed one nor tried to upsell. He did say my tire was low and proceeded to fill it. I came here to get my oil changed because a friend recommended them. It was a great experience from start to finish. I love that I could stay in my car the whole time. The first thing thing they did was bring me a cold drink, and asked if I wanted another for the road when it was all finished. Fidel was friendly, honest and respectful and helped me turn off the service reminder light on the dashboard. Thank you for making a dreaded chore pleasant. I'll be back when the dashboard says I'm due for the next oil change!
