So brought my car here for the typical over priced oil change witch I was 100% okay with. They try the classic "oh hey the dealer recommended oil is the most expensive one" or pulls out the dip stick with out whipping it and says "looks like you are over the recommend about you might wanna get out engine cleaner for 14$$" once again I knew what I was walking into and they ask you a million questions to try to get you to spend more then what you planned. The service is great! You just drive in and they direct you to a bay. Offer you a coffee, soda, or water, answer a few questions and that's it! There is a tv screen that tells you it's okay to say no to any service offered. They also tell you they aren't on commission so you don't have to feel pressured to buy any of the upsell. They do tell you the recommended interval though. I didn't remember so I asked if they would just list all their recommendations on the receipt/bill. Best place to get your oil changed and car wash in same time and Top it off when you get a oil change you get free car was and dry off and vacuum your car for the price you pay for your oil change
I was happy they were fast and knowledgeable and friendly very surprised and satisfied with my oil change and 3 filters changed
nice service, they are kind and sweet. but they will come to your window every 30 seconds to try to upsell. I told them multiple times I just wanted an oil change and they kept trying to add services that I didn't want. I thought this was a quick and easy place to get your oil changed but they are persistent in adding charges to your service and they don't listen to the client When they simply request one oil change.
My first visit at this location,, and I was pleasantly surprised! The crew worked well together, was courteous, and didn't pressure me to buy anything during their product presentations.
Good service!!! I recommend. Eric was very polite and very attentive to everything I had questions to.
Great service, very efficient, and all the employees have a smile on their face! This is the only place I would go to change my oil. They also give you alot of complementary services like washing your windows and a watter bottle if your thirsty!
