Nothing is ever perfect. The true test of a company is in how they deal with problems. I recently had a problem that came about from a service I had at Oilstop. When I brought the problem to the manager, he sent the problem on to the main office. It took a few days longer than expected, and I feared I might have to look elsewhere for my service. The Oilstop Crew is great! Kudos to Technicians Logan Durbin, Daulton Bobo, Andrew Abhold (even though I didn't see him), and Manager Bill Thomasson for the excellent, professional, funny, and informative services they provide.

I went in for an oil change and it was very efficient and quick. I loved how I wasn't pressured into buying a ton of unnecessary stuff for my car. Great price and good, honest people.

This place is awesome! They communicate every step of the way with the customer and with each other. I needed new windshield wipers but they didn't have the drivers side blade. One of the guys drove to a car part store to get the part. Wowza! The employees were helping each other out and worked like a "well oiled machine"! I would 100% recommend Oilstop Drive Thru!

I have been coming to the Chevron Oil Stop at 6111 Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park for 7-years and 6 vehicles later. These vehicles include, Lexus, Nissan, Dodge, and Volkswagen, Ford and Honda. I can't not EXPRESS how EXCEPTIONAL the service provided while taking all my vehicles to ONE place! The entire crew is friendly and knowledgeable and won't make you feel pressured into purchasing additional services. It was our first time getting an oil change here. The men that worked there were so freaking nice! It was a very hot day and a woman pulls up and says her car is over heating. They helped her and gave her and her kids cold bottles of water. They helped her way above and beyond any other place I've seen while helping us. It really impressed us. Too bad we don't live closer, other wise we would definitely come back. First oil change where we tipped the service guys, it was that great!

I have been coming to this oil stop location for over 10 years! The services are a bit pricey, but for quality you get, it's worth it! The staff are very professional and don't push for you to purchase add ons like a lot of other places would, they suggest something, and you can just politely decline. I love the fact they give you a cold beverage while you wait. And the convenience of getting to stay in your car while they complete your services is my favorite part! You're in and out in no time! I loved this place! I was very informed on what they were doing to my car as well as things that may need to be replaced and how much it was gonna be before I made a decision to do so. Was road tripping from SF to Salem and had to get a quick fix in Yreka before taking a break in Ashland. The fellas here double checked the work and tested out and had me on the road in no time! I am ever grateful this was the spot I randomly stopped by before continuing my trip. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart and I would take my car here all the time if I lived in/near Ashland.
