I have used OilStop on Bristol for both of my vehicles for the last two years. They are attentive and courteous in their service. They are not pushy with their suggestions but they are thorough in their assessment of the needs associated with the vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle recently and immediately had them service it. Great service, great customer relations, competitive pricing, great results. I would definitely recommend OilStop
This was my first time getting an oil change in Eugene and my friend recommended this place. When you pull in, there is a garage with two pull-in spots where they do the work they do. You literally just stay in your car and pick a lane. If they are working on other cars, you just get in line. Once a spot is open, you just wait for them to flag you in place. The staff members are kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this oil stop. The service is quick no long waits unless you com when there is a long line of course.

I have been coming to Oil Stop for years and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today. Stuart was warm and welcoming, professional, and took great care of providing me with the education to make a decision for my vehicle. He explained the products and the benefit to my vehicle, showed excitement when I did agree to the upsell, and was patient and understanding when I did not. Brought my car in this morning to top of the fluids. No wait! They open right at 8 and ready to go! They were able to take care of me. Guys are always polite and informative.
I go here for all my oil changes, they always check and top off all my fluids tires etc. This last trip I added a transmission flush. Assuming my car was fine I drove 45 miles away up a mountain to visit some friends. Shortly after arriving we noticed my car was leaking transmission fluid. Ofcourse I panicked and thought I was stranded. I called oil stop to notify them of the problem. The manager was very understanding kind and drove all the way to me and rectified the problem quickly. Ahhh yes. The oil change. A favorite, I'm sure, among most of us on those coveted days off. That being said my experience was quick, painless and dare I say it?! Pleasant. Damn, this place is legit fire! They provide complimentary drinks, they clean your windows, and they change your oil. They provide excellent recommendations and always inform you when they make any more additional services to the car. The team is all gold, they make me feel good when I take off.
