I went into the office a few minutes ago to pay the remaining balance owed for this month's rent. Office Personnel Brittanie and I had what I believe to be a great conversation. We both apologized to each other and although it was still terrible what we've been through waiting on repairs, some neglected for years or not completed at all, I'm thankful we got have a conversation and we were both in agreement that it was messed up, and some of these repairs were needed long before she took office back in April 2025 I believe. Again 10 years, out here never late on rent, no complaints against us and with no reason at all, less than two weeks after they replaced our roof (8-21-2025), which I've been trying to get them to fix for over five years, we got a letter in the mail that said they were terminating our month to month lease that we've had for years. Update to my previous reviews I have some spelling errors, you can imagine the frustration, trying to send truth out, then not fully proof reading before submitting. Would not recommend living out here at all.
After 10 years of having a great pay history and keeping to ourselves and having one of the nicest homes according to them, they put a notice yesterday to terminate the lease and we have until the the 28th of this month to leave, conveniently after my wife inquired about the extra $50 that was supposed to be taken off our bill because they doubled l charged us for water/sewage and because they weren't charging us the extra $100 for being month to month. I would not recommend living out here. your pipes will freeze in the winter. the ground hogs, cats and racoons will tear up whatever installation if any is "attached," to your skirting. The water seems to get shut off several times a year because of a consistent main break. Water was a monthly charge, then wasn't for a while, now is again. there is a sewer charge now, a garbage fee now and rent has gone up a lot in the last couple years. If you need a repair done, it takes years of reporting or it just won't get fixed at all... read more

We aren't people looking to bad mouth anyone, we only want you to have the truth about how it really is out here. We have lived out here for over 10yrs. Rent is always paid on time, we keep to ourselves and we keep our place neat and clean. We have continued to ask when the repairs on our home will be done and they have consistently told us, and have conducted walk thrus, tool pictures and put in work orders, but they either take years or they just don't get done. Office manager is shady, paranoid and has no people skills, along with Retaliatory actions towards good tenants. Community cats being purposely run over and poisoned. Drug activity and criminals galore here. Speed limits and no parking signs are ignored, even kids don't play outside anymore. When LCF had it, it was a good park. Now its a dump.

When Jeff and the the maintenance were here a few years ago stuff got done. Jeff was tuff, he didn't put up with tenants not paying their rent or maintaining their home; we miss Jeff and his crew. This place has absolutely gone to hell. We have been here 10 years, not once late on rent, we keep to ourselves and we enjoy our two neighbors. One of the worst places I've lived. Have been overcharging me on rent.... refuse to admit or fix it. Yet the original property manager that was here admitted that my rent amount was not correct, but never fixed it. Every couple of months there's a new property manager and nothing gets done. I've had leaky skylights, leaky doors. My one door even lock it all and they want to up my rent.
