We have been here for 5 years once the company that owns it now got in.... no work done to any places..... animals being poisoned countless office managers in and out retaliation tactics and I'm tired of it all.... plus my neighbors cooked meth in the shed and they did nothing about it.... so it went from nice to complete run down dump it took them less the 3 years to ruin this place
Real classy. One of my favorite things to do is clean up all the garbage in my yard that blows in from this trailer park. I’m not sure who should be more ashamed, the residents, or the people who own the place, or maybe the managers?
Current tenant, going on 1.5 years now, my family and I enjoy living here for the most part! Had issues with PAST management and maintenance but NOW,CURRENTLY honestly great!! IF they miss my phone call they call me back almost immediately if not the next day. Maintenance has also improved drastically in their speed and common courtesy! 4/5 star because there is always room to be better..
If I could give it zero stars I would. We moved out of our house in September 2023 and we still have not received our deposit back. We left the house in better condition than we got it. I have been trying for a year to get a hold of them and no response not only that I had mold in the house for two years and no one took care of it. My son has asthma now and we suspect it’s from the mold But that’s besides the point. I have texts with the maintenance guys and phone records to prove it all. They have been over charging me for 2 years now. They've changed property management every couple of months since i've been here, so it's impossible to get anything done about that. I gave them a very long move in list of things that needed to be fixed and literally nothing from the move in Form has been fixed. I've got a back door that doesn't lock leaky. Skylights leaky doors, leaky windows windows that don't even work because if you open them, they fall over and damn near break. And now they're telling me they not on... read more
