I wrote a review over three weeks ago and still no repairs completed, not sure if it's a coincidence or they saw my review , but I finally got a call back for maintenance to come by and yes do another walk through a couple days after posting this. This isn't the first walk through done, but it is by this maintenance guy because he is new. He was very respectful and saw all the damages we've been talking about for a year now. How is this a 4.5 star place? Ok. The area and mobile homes looks ok but when trying to rent they are so unorganized! I was set up for a showing after being approved for a 2 bd 2ba home that was on Vineyards website as available and drove from Indianapolis for this showing and other occupant on the application drove from Chicago only to be told that Denise who I spoke with to set up the showing didn't even let the girl at Oak Creek that I was coming she also informed the address was rented and they had no 2bd and the price o... read more
