They have been over charging me for 2 years now. They've changed property management every couple of months since i've been here, so it's impossible to get anything done about that. I gave them a very long move in list of things that needed to be fixed and literally nothing from the move in Form has been fixed. I've got a back door that doesn't lock leaky. Slum of all slums. I think you need an IQ below 74 to live here. The management’s IQ is that of a slug. If you move in prepare to live with mold and holes- when you move out…. They charge you for the holes you have videos of move in. Hilarious. Comical even.
Real classy. One of my favorite things to do is clean up all the garbage in my yard that blows in from this trailer park. I’m not sure who should be more ashamed, the residents, or the people who own the place, or maybe the managers?

I paid rent on the 1st. I used auto pay. Apparently I was short. I had to go to the portal and manually pay. After I paid I went back in the portal and made a change. So they took out rent again. I called the office, they said to try the bank and see if they could take the extra payment off. They said to go back to the office. I did that. She was supposed to reach out to someone to see how to refund it back. I have not heard back. I will no longer use the auto pay.
