Rockford was having dermatology issues. In my search for a vet who could offer help, I found Dr. Bridges who has an interest in dermatology. He very graciously granted my request for a phone conversation even though Rockford was not yet a patient at Oak Heart. After taking Rockford to see Dr. Bridges, we came away with ways to keep my baby comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and I'm very thankful to Dr. Bridges!!
They take good care of my cat Tat and pug Elivis Pugsley. Prices are reasonable. Love that I can also pull up records and schedule appointments online.
I have been going to the South Sanders office since they opened upon the referral of a friend, and couldn't be more pleased with my experiences there. On my first visit, Dr. Stone alerted me to something that my previous vet missed for years, and it solved a problem my cat was having! I'm so glad I found them!!

Me and my bf got our first dog (rescue)... brought him here after 2 weeks of having him (Thanos). It was SOOOO enjoyable, easy and calming. I would recommend them 100%. They were informative, pleasant and warm. Made Thanos feel at ease :) we are very happy with our experience!!!!!

We brought our cat here for a follow up after a visit at an emergency hospital that was very traumatizing for him. They made sure to make him feel as safe and comfortable as possible, and he’s already feeling himself again instead of hiding as usual. Very friendly and helpful staff all around. We will be returning here now as our regular vet.

I used Dixie Trail Animal Clinic for over 30 years for my pets. I was concerned when they combined with Oak Heart. I have gone to the Medlin office because we love Dr. Brown. Two weeks ago I went to S Saunders st. and was very happy with the vet tech and the Vet, whose name I (oops) do not remember. They were great.

Great experience every time we go! Our appointments are always at their scheduled times, the staff is friendly, and the facility is beautiful. We also do the puppy classes which are fantastic and are offered at an unbeatable price. This will definitely be our permanent vet!
