RecommendedWe took our rescue Joey today for a wellness visit. He came from a hoarding situation and is very shy and standoffish. We recently moved to this area and had to leave our much beloved vet whom he enjoyed. Staff and Dr. Ghnemi were all great with our skittish boy and gave him the chance to get to know them without rushing him or making him uncomfortable. Great job and thank you! See you in July for his shots.

We actually had been going here for a few years and spent a lot of money there on all their services. While we are fans of the resort, the veterinary side leaves little to be desired. Literally booked appointments for new puppies to have their tails docked (sorry if you don’t agree but it’s a breed standard) and spent a good bit of time on phone with this person — only to arrive on day of appointment for them to say they have no record of these appointments and oh, btw, don’t know who you talked to but we don’t dock tails. Awful experience! This place should be shut down and the staff shouldn't be allowed near animals! So much negligence and malpractice! They don't care about animals, just the money. Samantha Zeitler should be fired immediately.
Yesterday I realized my 14 yo dog was overdue for rabies and annual check which includes a thyroid panel. She's been on meds for ten years for her thyroid. They had no openings until next week. I booked the appt. For Wednesday but realized I needed 6 tablets of her thyroid meds to make sure she didn't run out. The vet refused to provide six tabs and told me it wouldn't hurt her to miss a week. I am a nurse and I know better. One of the primary reasons for the appt was to ensure she is on the correct dose. Absolutely horrible experiences with this vet. Not only did they lock my pet and I in their room and guard the door, they alleged my dog had all these illnesses. They did all these tests that I never approved and I came out with an almost $500 vet bill. Nor did they offer any sort of payment plan. Did they expect me to have $500 to pull out of nowhere? Absolutely horrible vet and would not recommend for anybody’s pet.
