wonderful place! staff is lovely is maintenance just the same. comes the next morning after submissions are made. i just recently moved here, had a few issues, but it ended up getting solved quick! would definitely recommend!

Lori I've lived here almost 10yrs, this is home. Lori is the sweetest,nicest person, the maintenance guys are super nice and I've never had issues with getting anything taken care in a timely manner. I'm so glad I chose Oak Place Apartments to be my home.

This property is great! I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had any problems. The maintenance staff is Excellent. When I put in a ticket for anything they are there the same day or the very next day. It is a quiet complex which I really like.

Overall good Been living here four years, first few years was good but management was coming and going but we now have better management that is active and takes care of the tenants. The apartments are decent and it’s nice not having a really big complex.

Quiet The staff is so nice. Apartments are really nice. Stays pretty calm and quiet except the occasional midnight street race on the weekends.

Thoughts about oak place I love this place and I will forever recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for an affordable place to live. It’s very clean, quiet, and friendly. I’ve only lived here for a couple of months and I have yet to have a complaint. Never any issues for me.
