Great prices and the process was not difficult I applied and signed my lease within a week. I needed a bigger apartment after finding out me and my husband were pregnant

So much better This place has changed a lot over the last couple years with the new management that took over. I don't have any issues with the office responding to my concerns and honestly the current maintenance guys are fantastic. My work orders are fixed right away and even when I've had to call them out on the weekend they show up happy to help and get it fixed fast.

Home Sweet Home I have lived here for 5 years and if I have any problems they come right away. Which I barely have any problems. I am a paraplegic and my apartment is totally handicapped accessible. It is very quiet here and we have our own porch with a wonderful view of a creek and green trees. Would recommend anyone to live here. Management is also very nice and courteous. I have never lived so comfortable any where else in my life.
Best First Apartment Ever! I love my apartment it is very updated, nice and clean with a fresh apartment smell, and the staff are so nice and friendly!
Excellent This apartment is very nice, clean and up to date with new appliances. Washer and dryer included, on site pool and very helpful staff. Close to schools and a very safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in okc.
Black Mold Major mold issues, growing out of every window and under cabinets. No communication from management.

NO - Just No Not worth it, zero stars. I lived in this complex for 6 months and terminated my lease early. The windows molded to a severity it started making my throat sore, the shower had an odor that was difficult to keep controlled, and they never picked up the dog poop left from other residents. It was disgusting to walk past mounds of poop just to get to my door. The first night I moved in, the air conditioner leaked completely under the walls and onto the floors. Overpriced For how big the apartments are and no amenities they are WAY over priced. The only amenity they have which is the pool was closed more then opened and usually not very clean. Maintenance calls take forever, once went without a dryer for a month waiting for it to get fixed (then they left dryer lint all over the apartment for me to clean) & no one is ever in the office the hours they say.
