I am beyond impressed with Oak ridge Nissans service department. I have a pathfinder (purchased new in 2013) which needed a lot of help. David Jimenez went far above and beyond to make sure it was safe for me to continue to drive and that I had all I needed to make the experience as low stress as possible. I got a beautiful loaner car and was informed of my cars progress and additional needs along the way.
