All staff was helpful and friendly.
Actually, the only service I received was the replacement of a road damaged tire on a relatively new vehicle. It took several visits but the staff did treat me well finally. The difficulties encountered were beyond their control and they did extend me the use of a "loaner" tire until my replacement was available. Because my vehicle is new, I haven't had other service performed yet.
