I will not deal with any other dealership in our area. I live in Maryville and do not mind the drive to Oak Ridge Nissan. This Pathfinder is my 3rd purchase from ORN and each time I have been very impressed with them. Moose was my salesman and he was great! Gary in finance did our loan and he was great as well. The entire staff is very kind and always speaks to you.

Fast and reliable work. Tires seem a little out of balance. They said they will address the issue.
Salesman was most anxious to show us new cars and get us to sign a purchase agreement. He then disappeared after turning us over to another man to complete paperwork. He made no effort to explain different accessory features or how to operate them. I am still trying to figure out many of them. The manual is very poor. All of the examples shown of features are just black images that are not viewable. The manual is of little help.
