I saw Dr. Oakley many years ago for the removal of a small lump in the roof of mouth and ten years later I found myself back at Dr. Oakleys for an implant. Getting an implant is a several step process that was explained and handled in a professional manner. From staff dealing with insurance pre-determinations to the educational video walking me through the process and Dr. Oakley's skill getting me taken care of each step of the way, I've been pleased.
