Dr Oakley’s staff was very professional and courteous! They gave clear explanations and instructions with a smile on their faces! Oral surgery is naturally a stress inducing idea, but I was put at ease the first minute Dr. Oakley entered the room! I was having a toothache crisis and Dr. Oakley’s staff was able to work me in to their already booked schedule. I went to the consultation with the intention of having 2 teeth extracted because I felt like I could not go on in terrible pain. Dr Oakley recommened I see an endodontist before the extraction. Luckily I was able to do that immediately and learned I needed a root canal. The next day was the day before the extraction and I was pain free. From the time you walk in this offce till you leave, you are treated with respect and like you are the only one there. They take time with you and explain procedures so well. Two implants have been done and could not be happier with results. Love the staff as well as Dr Oakey
First of all I didn’t know a lot about implants I walked in to their office set down and within 10 minutes their info TV told me everything I really needed to know. Second when I got back to the room and Dr. Oakley came in he explained to me every thing to Expect to the slightest detail had a couple little questions and made the appointment. Dr. Oakley & his staff are THE best in the KC area. He removed all three of my kid’s wisdom teeth and I am in the process of getting my second implant from him. I never even had pain the same day of my extractions. I would only trust him and his office for any oral surgery.
