Don't bother looking at these apts Terrible place to live. Trash overflowing, bins full and they tell us not to put our trash outside the bins!?! Never ending leaks of all types and maintenance orders are ignored. Huge rent increases every year while giving us even less in return. The mailroom mailboxes were broken into over 2 years ago and this has continued and nothing has been done with some folks have to get their mail at the postoffce. However, tons of money is being spent on painting and complete redo of the offices...... read more

Trash is usually collected on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between the hours of 7a.m. and 11a.m. We had a sudden surge in new move-ins which might have been a contributing factor to the temporary overflow. The mailboxes have been under renovation and are now functional. Don't do it! I have had 8 leaks in the 7 months I've been trapped here. I tried asking to move to a different unit without leaks and was told I'd have to pay $300 to transfer and it would show negatively on my credit. I've had termites and cockroaches. The first leak I had to remind them for two weeks to come patch up the hole in the ceiling which was a really poorly done job.
