I'd say we're still 4.5/5 across the board. We really like the staff and the facilities. The Community Relations Director - who is wonderful - just left due to a promotion offer, so we haven't seen who is replacing her yet.

Staff is good although they seem to have a bit of turnover in the food service help. Posted menus often change. Stephen's mom says she looks forward to having something that's on the menu then they serve something different with no notice. Otherwise we are extremely pleased with the facility. Rated as a four because we have had some bumps, but they are ironed out now.

Although my cousin died in the hospital due to heath issues and complications while a resident at the facility, we were pleased with the facility and its services.

The renovated space makes an immediate positive impression. The staff is very engaged and appears to have good continuity. The memory space is easily accessed and promotes residents being out of their rooms to the extent possible. It's a point an emphasis for Oaks. The staff is amazing! My dad fell and they were quick to call us and keep us up to date with what was happening...they were diligent about checking in on him during his hospital stay and when he was in rehab.
Facility pleasant. Staff helpful and courteous. Recommend yes.
We really love the Oaks and see it as a huge value for the cost. It's a smaller, more intimate community which we see as really important...especially now that mom is on the memory care side. There is a good level of attention, and they make sure mom is always in the mix with the other residents.
