I think they do a great job. Where they could improve is when certain leaders are not there, like the team leads or whatever they call them, they could have more consistency. That's the only thing I can think of but I do think they're doing a great job and I'm very happy for my dad to be there. They have music and bingo and they do word games.
They do all the big things right, like medication, really well but a lot of the small things they do not. The workers are trying and really want to do everything but I feel like they might be understaffed. When I say small things I mean things like missing some laundry, certain parts of bathroom not clean, and other things like that. I feel like they say they check on them every two hours but if one is not with the main group then they do not check on them as much. beautiful place
New Activities Direcor gave tour and did not have all answers. Facility is very nice but very costly!
Pros: Very nice environment. Numerous activities. Mandatory employee training on elderly care. Cons: Size. Expense.
This is one of my top choices.
Liked the facility. Clean, cheerful atmosphere. Size size. Base price is high and start up fee is steep. Location is convenient.
It is more independent than assisted. I have had to keep calling and sending emails to get care done. The director is hands off and care free. The care coordinator is the same. If a person does not want to do something they don't make them. Mom has gone two weeks without a shower. Food trays will be left in her room for hours. Laundry not done. Most of the care staff are nice but not directive.

It was good when we first got there. But about 4/5 months ago new management came in and they are horrible. The entire staff quit, the food was horrible, and they couldn't keep any chefs staffed. Would not recommend at all.
