We loved the people here, Especially [name removed], she worked well with memory care folks. There are a lot of travelling nurses that work there We have had a bit of a glitch with the payments, they did not deposit it right away and our loved one passed away. The bank then froze our account and it has been very frustrating. I do understand they have had some staff changes going on as well. I toured this community and it was beautiful. We were looking to move our loved one from a different facility to this one. It was a night and day difference. This facility is so much better. The only downfall is that it's 2 levels, not ideal for our loved one. But it's a great place. Staff was always around and friendly. It was always clean. Unfortunately, our loved one passed before we could get her moved.

Some of the caregivers were really good and some not so much. For the most part, they were all very nice and helpful depending on the shift. I would probably recommend Oaks at Towne Lake.

We thought Oaks at Towne Lake was really nice. The people there very friendly. What I didn’t like was the actual room layout The rooms were just dated and really small, with a strange half wall.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the community was just not in our price range

We absolutely love this community. staff is extremely friendly and very caring. The activities could use a little bit of improvement. One thing that really stood out to us was how personable the staff was, they made us feel secured and that our mom was going to be taken care of. They have one bedroom apartments, which felt very spacious.

My mom hasn't been there for a year yet and the entire staff has turned over at least once. It's impossible at times to get the director to return an email. I would say about the only decent thing at the place right now. Is the LPN. Thinking about yanking her out of there.

I had to move my Mom out of the Oaks after she ended up in the Hospital due to lack of care! She didn't even last a month at this place and no one communicated that there were any problems or issues! I lost $[fee removed]k in community fee and paid a whole month that Mom wasn't even there for a whole month while in the hospital! I would steer clear of this place- promises made for care were not kept! Some of the staff are wonderful and very kind. Some of the staff are brought in as outside contractors and they can tend to be cold, rough, and not caring. The facility director was great upon move in and then could not be bothered after that point when presented with issues or feedback. We documented problems with cleanliness. In one case, we noticed some food that fell on the floor in the common area sat there for 2 weeks and no one cleaned it up. Finally, my father cleaned it himself.
