RecommendedI’ve had nothing but highly positive experiences at Oakwood Animal Hospital over the 9 yrs my critters have been patients here. Everyone has always been super helpful & professional, from the front desk staff to the doctors and everyone in between. OWAH is a 45 minute, one-way, drive from my home, and worth every minute of that drive! I’ve always been so satisfied with OWAH, that I’ve never entertained the thought of finding a different vet located closer to my home.
RecommendedHad the best experience with the friendly staff at Oakwood Animal Hospital. My baby (Cleo the great dane puppy) was definitely a popular character and was showered in lots of love & attention by all. RecommendedI love Oakwood. They always greet my dog by name, all the vet techs and doctors know him and they do their best to minimize his anxiety. Every interaction I’ve seen has been centered around how my dog feels and making him feel at ease. They are meticulous and caring and take into consideration not just the problem/diagnosis but how the dog may respond both physically and emotionally. RecommendedHave been going to oakwood for 2+ years and king kilo has had many visits that all ended with him being happy and healthy. Dr. Deese is GREAT and i wouldn’t recommend any other vet in tallahassee but her !
RecommendedWe rescued our dog Gus from Tallahassee Animal services at the beginning of August. When we first walked in to Oakwood, I was surprised it was a vet because of how clean it was. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Goodson spent an ample amount of time with us, answering all of my questions. RecommendedThey are always very honest and nice people. They don’t try to gouge you for unnecessary tests or treatments. Have been going to them for 3 years with my cat and have never had a single problem.
