We take our little one eye pup Beau and four cats here and it is nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. Everything is always great! Cannot day enough good things!
This is the only place I trust with my fur-children. I have fostered quite a few dogs and have experiences with many other places in town but this is still my favorite place and as aforementioned, the only place good enough for my own.

Everyone here are such angels. My dog loves going to the vet because of how nice they are to him. He gets excited to see everybody whenever we go. I think the way animals are respected is highly important in a vet's office, and the respect shown towards the animals at Oakwood is extremely nice. As far as treatment goes, every problem I've had with my dog they have been able to offer convenient and affordable treatment for. This place is great!

A newcomer to Tallahassee, and a new dog owner, I took my basset hound to Oakwood Animal Hospital in February 2017. The experience AMAZING!!!! FACILITY OVERVIEW: The facility was great and super clean inside and outside with no smell of it being an animal hospital. It was also well laid out to keep the dogs and cats separate at the entrance as to not cause any tussles. This is the best vet office I've ever been to. Coming from a family of dog breeders and rescuers, we've worked with a lot of vets, specialists, and staff. This office goes above and beyond. Doctors Dees and Combs have a "full package" approach that has helped my adopted Corgi with his medical and psychological issues. They clearly have a modern approach to medicine, and I wish they could handle my medical issues, too!
