I visited the facility to find a place for my mom. The tour went quite well and the person giving the tour was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions along with being knowledgeable about veteran's benefits. The marketer invited me to bring my mom back to have lunch. She even invited us to the family night. I know my mom is going to take her time in making the move, but when she does, it will be at Pacifica. They have everything mom needs.

Good first impression; nice facility with friendly staff. Residents looked content. Meal selection looked good. Grounds were pretty. Everything was in one building. All residents have 3 meals daily provided in the dining room. I was disappointed that there was no available transportation to local churches on Sundays and currently only monthly Devotional times on site, although they did have rosary and communion during the month also.

Moved dad here from another facility out of state. [Name removed] made the move smoother than I could have imagined. My only regret is not moving him sooner to Pacifica. They take great care of my dad. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a fantastic place for their love one.

I like the staff. The med-techs go out of their way to help me. I am so glad we have a nurse now. The marketing girl and front girl are excellent help. I love the layout of the building. It is very private and quiet.

We chose Pacifica for our mom because when we walked in it felt like home. The staff who cares for my mom, treats her like she’s their own mom. I’m rest assured every night she is well taken care of.

I just moved my dad there from another facility and could not be happier! They care for my dad better than I could have hoped for. They even threw a party for his very important 104th birthday. The paper came out and took pictures of us with my dad. I can rest at night knowing he has the best care in Ocala.
