This community really makes their residents feel like they are at home. They always have things going on. When I come to make deliveries, the staff makes me feel like I am part of the family. What a great place!

I work at a SNF here in Ocala. I toured the facility at the beginning of September for one of my residents. I was so impressed with this place. Staff was so friendly, place felt like home.

Very friendly and warm feeling as soon as you walk in the building. Beautiful place. Staff seems to go out of their way for residents. Food was excellent. Facility very clean.

The facility was very clean with lots of smiling faces. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The grounds were very clean as well.

We moved Mom there a couple of months ago. We live in North Carolina and have no worries about her there. Communication is fantastic. They always let me know what is going on with Mom. We would recommend this facility to anyone.

My Dad is a very difficult man. The staff at Pacifica handles him perfectly. He surprised us that that he complies with everything they ask of him. He even enjoys the meals. We wish we would have made the move sooner for him.

I brought my Aunt in here to live in this ALF from out of town. She is so happy here. The staff cares for the residents like they would their own family. My Aunt feels like this is home.
