We love Ocean Dental ...always a smile on the staffs face ....gentle and excellent service....
The actual dental service itself is very very good. My only disappointment is how all 3 of my past few appointments have had to be rescheduled after some sort of problem or another caused me to show up for appointments they'd canceled or somehow otherwise had times changed. The first of which was entirely my own fault, however, as I didn't realize my voice mail wasn't set.
Our son at a successful first visit at Ocean today! The staff was incredible! They were friendly and very helpful!
I have been taking all of our foster children here for the last 12 years . We adopted all 11 children now and we continue to go to Ocean Dental in Shawnee . We have always been treated like family and the children love all the staff
The staff was really friendly but they were running really far behind.
I was about to have an anxiety attack, as I HATE having to go to the dentist because of so many previous bad experiences at other places. This place, the reception area the nurses etc. were sooo helpful, willing to work with you and put you at ease. I particularly liked DR.TODD, Nurse Trish, and Maria, as they went out of their way to make me comfortable before during and after a major tooth extraction. Everyone is friendly and makes my shy 3 year old daughter feel comfortable. She enjoys going to the dentist every time. I also like the fact that I am allowed to go inside with her. She even sat on my lap during the first couple of cleanings.
They were very friendly and made my daughter, who had never been to the dentist before, very comfortable. They showed her all the tools before they got started and explained what each one did. The cleaning was super fast. The wait did take awhile before. Wing called back, but there were toys/movies/games/coloring to occupy us while we waited
This place is amazing for children! The staff were all so friendly and kept the kids in the loop and even let them play with the tools so they knew what each thing did. My terrified children were excited about this dentist and can't wait to go back!
