I like the staff and the dentist. BUT, when it's 20 degrees outside, it should be warm inside. I'm sitting here (for 30 minutes now) with a sweatshirt, heavy jacket, AND GLOVES!!! For real??
My daughter recently had to get some fillings, and they got her in the next day after her cleaning! everyone is super nice and funny, my daughter loves this place.
We love Dr. Elie!!! He is the best dentist ever!!!
Wait time is a little long sometimes, but we get in pretty quick. We have never had a bad experience yet!
If I could do 0 I would do 0. The tech was SO rude and SO rough on my teeth, I’m 17 and have fibromyalgia, I was crying in pain, she didn’t stop to ask if I was ok or anything told me to “suck it up”. Worst place in my life. Do not take your kids there, spoke to other dentist and they said that’s not how to handle someone with a chronic pain disease.

Wait time is so bad. We got there at 12:25 our appointment is at 1 it's now 10 after and mind you we were the first ones here and the only ones here for about 15 minutes. They called back someone who got here 25 minutes after we got here. Not impressed at all. After this visit wheich is my fist and only with my kids we will be finding some where else to go.
After waiting 2 hours for a regular cleaning and check up, we left. We were never offered an apology by the staff. They did void my payment so I wouldn't get charged. The acted like that was a hassle. They said they had some staff call in, but why weren't we given any forewarning or called and asked to reschedule to another day? I'll be going somewhere that appreciates my business. I should have payed attention to the reviews.
They told me my at the time 4 year old had 5 cavities. So we scheduled him to have them filled. They wouldn't let me go back with him and he freaked out during one of them being filled. They sent us to a Specialest to put my son under for the cavities. When we got to the Specialest he said my son had 0 cavities. I went to another pediatrics dentist and today they had to replace the filling from ocean dentist and he had no other cavities. I think they just did this to collect insurance!
