Our pup Shiloh is a garment eater, and has a sweet spot for eating socks. One unlucky time, a few nights ago, she ended up with blockage in her intestines due to one of those socks. Ocean View took our call at 9:30 PM and had us come right in. It turned out the blockage was serious and needed emergency surgery, as her GI tract was shutting down. I'm so grateful for the 24/hr service. I had to bring my 16 year old fur baby to be put down at 2:30am yesterday. The Dr. and Nurse on staff at that time (I apologize because I forgot their names. They are very helpful & kind when I brought my 11 weeks Golden retriever she had to stay overnight and get IV and they treated her very well I highly recommend them and I thankful that they live nearby
Everyone was so kind and helpful. And I love that they are open for appointments on Saturdays. My kitten Spooky got her 1st exam and shots today!
Thanks to Dr. Salerno and staff for helping us late on a Sunday night when our dog walked thru a bush and got a cluster of burrs stuck under his ear. Staff was so pleasant and loving. Covid procedures were followed and communication was given to me via phone while waiting in my car. Vinny feels so much better, and we’ll all sleep well tonight!
The staff was so helpful with our 3 yr old Boxer who had gotten a huge laceration on her back. I was so scared for her. They stitched her all up and she did so good. I can’t thank Ocean View Veterinary Hospital enough for keeping us at ease and taking such good care of Fiona.

We’re from PA and have a place at a campsite near the hospital. Our young dog got very sick while we were here this weekend and required an emergency visit to the hospital. They had to perform to X-ray him and ultimately perform surgery. Through the whole process, the staff and doctors were wonderful. Can’t thank them enough for helping our baby.
Our dog suffers from heart disease and started with a bad cough last night. We were so nervous as we are on vacation and had to take her for an emergency visit today. We had a wonderful experience! The vet was simply fantastic and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful care given to our precious little pup!
