RecommendedI would and do recommend OVVH all the time. I have had a fair amount of excellent and competitively priced care at OVVH. We have been in on holiday weekends, in the middle of the night, I have driven family down when they had an emergency. I've seen plenty of great care first hand. BUT I feel compelled to say something about Dr. Salerno. The only truly awful experience I've had, we brought Rufus in and we saw Dr Salerno. RecommendedIf the bonus 24 hr. service isn't enough. The staff are amazing. My dogs Hershey and Wicket love all the Love the staff showers them with.

RecommendedOur Morkie had a chicken bone wedged between her back upper & lower teeth. It was after 11:00 PM. She was sedated, they got the bone out. So grateful we had a 24/7 animal hospital so close. Very reasonable prices.

RecommendedI would like to thank everyone in that hospital that saved my baby from being hit by a car on Christmas. watching the whole thing happen is so devastating to me and my family. My heart is crushing and now I can think happy thoughts because thanks to ocean view veterinary hospital my baby is coming home. I'm in tears!! the staff and vets are so sweet and caring. RecommendedWe’ve taken our chocolate lab Wrangell here a number of times and he has received consistently excellent veterinary care. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming, the waiting area is clean and cozy, and we have had no issues with completion of pet insurance forms. It’s a further drive for us than to our more local veterinarians, but we think it’s worth it because the level of care provided is stellar. The fees are reasonable, and the hospital is open 24/7.
