RecommendedThey are open 24hrs a day. Answer when you call, full lab, had results in 15 min. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend them. ❤️🐕❤️ Great with my dog!

My family and I have taken our animals here religiously over the last few years. On Thursday 1/24/19 we had to make the hardest decision to let our 13.5 yr old corgi Magee cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Lisa and the staff showed us nothing but love and respect in his final moments. As hard as it was to let him go, it was nice to see how loved he was. I will forever be thankful for them 💜
All the staff was wonderful during an emergency I had. Had two large dogs with me at once. One who's time had come at nearly 16, (staff waiting with cot, to help me get him in) and the other very upset, vomiting frothy blood over all the upsetment. Staff got her checked, on meds, and through the episode. Dr. Renee helped me on another occasion when my Fox Hound had a bad ear infection. She is wonderful. Love that this facility is 24/7.
Thank you to all staff at OVVH! You guys are truly amazing! Letting go of a fur baby is one of the hardest things .The staff was absolutely incredible to my husband and I. So warm, caring and comforting. We can’t thank you enough for your compassion and dedication. 💗

Over the Thanksgiving holiday we were at our shore house in Cape May. Our 18 month old Treeing Walker Coonhound, Garrett, began to have GI issues. We took him to Oceanview and the care we received was wonderful! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oceanview to anyone needing care in the Cape May area. Should our boy need any care, they will be our go to Vet when we’re in South Jersey
We took our cat here last night, and I must say that the two nurses on staff were extremely helpful and compassionate! They handled Toki with ease, which helped us remain calm as well. You’re doing a great job, ladies!

We brought our dog in for a toxic ingestion late at night. The staff quickly completed intake of the basics over the phone as we made the 30 minute frantic drive. The vet on staff provided a quick, yet effective evaluation once we arrived. All staff members were calm and clear with their directions and advice. We had to leave her for about 32 hours. After three different medicines failed to give our senior chocolate lab Zoey relief from pain, we made the difficult decision to put our sweet girl down. Through the whole process, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, patient and tried their best to help not only my husband and myself, but also Zoey, by providing warmth, compassion and love during her last moments. It’s not something we will forget. Anyone with a fur baby would be lucky to have them taken care of at Ocean View Veterinary Hospital.
